📦 Processing Time

Standard Products

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Live Worm Orders

  • Live worms ship within 1 week of purchase

  • Shipments go out Monday through Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays and ensure safe arrival

Workshop Kits

  • Workshop kits are available for pickup at the class

  • If shipping is requested, kits may ship separately and follow standard processing timelines

🪱 Live Worm Shipments

We ship the following live worms with special care:

  • Red Wigglers

  • European Nightcrawlers

  • Composting Mixes

Important Live Shipping Details:

  • Live worms ship Monday–Wednesday only

  • Orders include insulated packaging and moist bedding

  • Heat or cold packs are added when necessary based on weather conditions

Live Arrival Guarantee

Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies only when the recommended shipping method is selected, especially during extreme temperatures:

  • Below 40°F

  • Above 78°F

Selecting slower or non-recommended shipping methods during extreme weather may void the guarantee.

🚚 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are based on weight and destination

  • Rates are calculated automatically at checkout

  • Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping

  • Available for non-live products only

Live Worm Shipments

  • May require specific shipping speeds during extreme temperatures to ensure worm health

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

To protect live worms:

  • Orders may be held during extreme weather conditions

  • Customers will be notified promptly if a delay is necessary

  • Heat or cold packs are included when appropriate

Our priority is the health and safety of the worms, even if it means a brief shipping delay.

🌎 Geographic Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States

  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may be limited or unavailable for live worms

  • International shipping is not available for live worms at this time
    (Non-live products may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
